If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service price, or the missed appointment may count as one session used for a prepaid package.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.
We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the fee on a case-by-case basis, this is not guaranteed.
